Recently I got a bug and my sinuses were just a mess. I'm not big on taking medicine unless absolutely necessary, so I was looking for some relief. Now, I don't usually get headaches, but that was another symptom I was hoping to manage.
 
Let me tell you, this thing was sooooo great! It even helped me sleep. I was quite restless and I would sleep so hard with this thing on. It would turn off after 20 minutes and I think the pressure and darkness allowed my body to just stay in a deep, restful state. The price is nominal and I even bought my daughters one to help manage their migraines it was so affordable.
