Kava Kava Liquid for Calming & Relaxation
I came across kava kava about ten years ago and it is probably the most instant relief product I've found when I'm just a little too revved up. A dropper full on my tongue, and the next thing I know... I'm out!
Like with everything, do your research—as it's not wise to take this for extended lengths of time. I usually cap it at about three days. Although, when I got sick, it was my saving grace. I never did take any cold medicine, but kava helped me get a restful nights rest, despite all the aches and pains.
