I really love this stuff... it's packed with everything great that should be in toothpaste. Over the years, I've played with making my own toothpaste because I became convinced (after years of irrational cavities even after obsessive oral care) that traditional toothpaste was causing the problem. 
 
Wouldn't you know it, once I started making my own coconut oil based toothpaste, NO MORE CAVITIES! And, I would actually have to double up my dental floss, because there was no longer built up plaque on my teeth. When I used regular toothpaste, I could barely get it between my teeth. 
 
Anyhoo, I've had a great experience with this stuff and I absolutely love that they include a tongue scraper. Now I have one at home, in my car, in my travel bag, etc. 
 
I do have a silver based toothpaste that I cycle in every couple days that I'll also post. I use GuruNanda as my daily.
