As a member of Planet Fitness, I was turned onto vibration plate treatment. This thing is life changing. Most people like it because it has a great reputation for reducing cellulite (which is really just fascia that needs to be managed). And, although this is true, I've found it's just amazing for helping with digestion issues, resetting my nervous system, and draining my lymph system. 
 
After going through EMDR (in a professional setting), I've actually started applying some of the processing techniques while on the vibration plate, and I find it greatly helps me rewire my brain. I absolutely LOVE MINE!
